• Blow in Attic Insulation. Not only do we blow in attic insulation to a minimum value of R60 but at the same time we assess things like the integrity of your attic vapor barrier and the effectiveness of attic vents preventing unforeseen moisture issues in the future. 

• Exterior Wall Insulation and Siding Installation. Many older homes and condominiums are framed with 2x4 walls providing insufficient insulation for our cold climate, but did you know you can add insulation to the outside of your home? At BlueMaple we can install SilverBoard and other products over old stucco before installing products like Vinyl and Hardiboard Siding greatly improving your home's insulative value and curb appeal.

• Replacing Weatherstripping. Often the seals around doors and windows deteriorate over time and replacing the weatherstripping can be a cheap way to reduce air drafts and retain more heat. 

• Interior AC Unit Installations. For a fraction of the cost of a whole-home AC unit we can install interior through-the-wall units providing cool air in the areas that you need it most.
