Building Envelope Inspections
Are you a property manager or a homeowner that is looking to do renovations and upgrades but can’t decide where to start? All BlueMaple inspections include detailed photos and a complimentary estimate for deficiencies noted during the inspection. Deficiencies will be prioritized as either Urgent or Non-Urgent items so that customers can address items that are likely to cause further damage (i.e. roof leaks) quickly.

Building Envelope Inspections include:

Shingles, Roof Vents, Eavestroughs, Soffits and Fascia, Siding coverage, cracks in foundation or parging, deficiencies in attached structures such as decks and staircases, signs of mold and rot*, and negative landscape grading.

Interior inspections include:

Doors, Windows, Attic spaces, Vents, Insulation, Drafts, Crawlspaces, basements, interior foundation cracks, signs of water damage, and signs of mold or rot*.
